My two hamster

My two hamsters joined our family back in mid 2004 and they have been a joy to us. Their name is not official but i like to think of them as MaoMao. One passed away this early morning and the other is struggling to survive. I believe its the food they have taken yesterday because there's no reason why 2 will be dying at the same time.

Weekend Burned

I was working these two days... saturday start work at 9am plus plus and ends at 8pm. By the time i reach home, i am beat. Same thing on Sunday, start work at 9.30am and ends at 9pm, also dead tired when i reach home. The only consolation i have is i am too busy to wonder about other things that is bothering me these few days. I hope i can work my mind off sometimes.

When you had enough

When u eat too much, you feel fulled to the stomach. When you sleep too much, you are wide awake. When you jogged too long a distance, you would slowed down and walk. When you are too angry, you try to calm down. When you had enough of anything, you find ways of doing it right, solving it right, making sure it wont happen again or prolong it from happening. Talking about love, i had enough. But love is like food, when you are hungry, you eat, when you are full, you stop. Its a cycle.

For now, i am fulled.

One punk from the group even come up with the idea of combining hip hop and ballroom dance together. Its a whole new story from then. Parents of these troubled kids were won over by the sincerity of Mr Dulaine. In the ending part, these kids took part in a dance competition and they put up a good show and won over the hearts of all the people present. If you like dancing, if you like american culture, this movie is for you.

Me and ZJ catch it earlier on. The movie was at 9.55pm and our cinema was number 5, couples seat 9 and 10. It was very nice esp when i can watch it with ZJ. After that, i went with ZJ to woodgrove to have a quick look and accompany ZJ back.

Lonely Weekend is almost here

This coming weekend will be quite boring as ZJ is going away to bangkok for her tour. will only return on late sunday or early monday bah? i am not very sure. All i know this weekend will be boring. What will i miss? Her smses, her smile, her voice, her concern, her playfulness, her everything. Hope u fast fast come back (oops, singlish). But u must enjoy your trip. I think this blog entry is only meant for you to read? Muahaha.

What a Good Friday

14th and 15th April 2006 is really a nice day for me. I went for a movie with ZJ and we catched The Art of Seduction at causeway pt. Our cinema is number 7, seat G 7 and 8, right in the middle of the screen man, nice one ZJ! The movie was a korean film. Somehow or another, i dont really know why the lead male and female actors keep resorting to cheating people (maybe i was busy eating my nuggets an fries that i cant pay attention, muahaha). The female lead actress was a crazy case, but she is pretty and funny. The lead guy look fit on the outside but his body mucles sucks to the core, really. Anyway, everyone in the cinema laughed none stop, so you know whether the movie is worth watching. Oh the movie starts at 9.50pm. Not a bad time on friday night and a long weekend for many.

After the show, i walked ZJ back to her home. Oh well, some things are better kept secrets. LOL.

And look at the freaking time i am writing this blog entry.... now is already 5.49am on Sunday and i am still awake, oh well, i slept earlier on. Talked earlier on too but the phone went dead. Oops. Well thats all for now, back to sleep.

The Return of Bonkers

Certificate of Experience

People doing manuel work usually wont catch my attention until i tried it out myself. There are people with little education and they can work better than someone with a cert. There are people with little education who can earn more than someone with cert too. Finally, there are many things not taught in class. You need to try it hands-on.

Experience as a whole is very important. It doesnt matter whether its relationships, work, general experience; we need them.

From talking to people from the older generation, i have come to realise people nowadays are living in a comfort zone. Whereas people from the founding generations find all sorts of ways to build up their wealth and in the process gaining valuable knowledge and experience. These are not taught in school. For our generation, for a change, we should incorporate our educational knowledge and the founding generations' spirit to niche a better future. If you can apply what you learnt in school to your work, if you can gain more work experience, the result will be encouraging.

Unwanted Sleep

I adjusted my alarm clock to 2.30am before i went to sleep, hoping to catch a football match between old lady & gunners. To my dismay, i didnt hear the alarm and by the time i wake up, i can hear noises made by those workers doing painting eeked into my ears, it was about 9.15am. Kinda felt peace after knowing the match ended nil nil. Which means no goals were scored. But i still wanna watch T.Henry play althought i am red devils fan through and through.

Speaking of the red devils, i really think the league champions will be decided in the final game. I hope the blues will lose form going into the run-in. They still have opponents who is aiming for a european elite league berth. So a blues' collaspe is really on the cards. United only has some minnows to deal with. Go for it man.

Guess it about time to post Part 2 of The Things I Hate. Gonna gather some thoughts.

Mr Yap and Mr Yeo

I was recommended this two driving instructors by my friend, MQ. After i got my driving licence, naturally i wanted to recommend my friends to them. Bernard AKA Bird, was introduced to them by me. In the first place, I think Bird kinda doubted my ex instructors. Ha Ha... That was until Bird tasted the teaching power of Mr Yap! Mr Yap don't give a damn whether you are a male or female, big shot or small fry... he will F you if make mistake. Getting scolded is good because you will learn, when u learn, it also mean u require lesser lessons, it means u will spend lesser money too. When u get scolded, the mistakes u made are immediatedly knocked out of your head. I passed my driving test last year. My friend Bird shall do it this month, 28th April 2006.

Humans Lives

We live in a fast paced Singapore where many things are improving all the time. Inevitedly, there will be people who cant follow the pace.

From the transition of a teenager to an adult, from being a student to joining the workforce, its changes. From that moment on, they will start to earn their first of many paychecks. Some will advance in their careers, some will stuck right there. As they aged, they might already have a substantial amount of savings prepared for their retirement. They start a family and have kids. Everyone seems to be doing the same thing over and over again in Singapore. Is that how life should be? We know we dont have a choice. The money is a factor. Generation continuety is a factor.

It seems we are brought to this world to worry about survival. Once you are dead, your story ends. So, take it easy in life... learn to appreciate all the little things around you. When you are stressed out, sing to yourself. Have a calm mind. Everything will fall into places one day.

As the topic suggest, i am out of this Sunday's mini league team. Nick told me the team has too many people. I guess they dont know what they missing! muahaha.

Yunyang's birthday falls on April Fools Day. Happy birthday eh.
